Shipping policy


All orders are processed, in the order they were received, after receiving your order
confirmation email. Potential delays may arise due to a high volume of orders or postal
service problems that are Floatkulture's Control. You will receive another
notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates


Shipping rates/charges for your order will be calculated and displayed on the customer’s
invoice at the time the order is being fulfilled and processed.

Local delivery


Free local delivery is available for orders over $5000 within a 50 mile radius. For orders
under $5000, we charge $50 for local delivery.Deliveries are made from 10am-2pm on
coordinated weekdays. We will contact you via call/text message with the phone number
you provided on the customer account, to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup


You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in the cities Corona or Riverside.
We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am-2pm on coordinated weekdays. Please have your
order confirmation email with you when you come.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping. 

How do I check the shipping status of my order?


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include an invoice with the tracking number listed on the bottom- you can use it to
check the shipping status.

Shipping to P.O. boxes


Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If shipping to a P.O. box
is needed please confirm that the chosen carrier will be permitted to deliver your
package.
Exchanges

Shipping policy


Any return shipments for exchange will be provided a return to address. At the point of
contact, both parties will coordinate who is responsible for the return label/shipping
fees.
