We ship within the United States only. We can't ship to Arkansas, Idaho, Minnesota, Oregon or Rhode Island, and some products, such as Mocktail Drinks™, have additional state restrictions listed on their product page. We don't ship internationally.

Shipping is free on orders over $100. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Orders are processed in the order they're received. As soon as yours ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Sorry about that. Email us at sales@floatkulture.com within 30 days of your order date with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. If something isn't right with your order, though, please contact us. We're happy to help, and we'll replace anything that arrives damaged or incorrect. See our refund policy for details.

Gummies have 10mg of hemp-derived Delta-9 THC each, hard candies 15mg, lollipops 25mg, and each Mocktail Drink™ can 25mg. If you're new to THC, start with a small amount and wait before having more.

Our edibles use a fast-acting formula, and most people feel the first effects within 10–20 minutes. Everyone is different, so go slow, especially the first time.

Yes. Every product is tested by a third-party lab, and you can read each batch's Certificate of Analysis on our lab reports page.

You must be 21 or older to purchase. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets.

Our products are made from hemp-derived cannabinoids and contain no more than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. Hemp laws vary by state and are changing at the federal level, so please check the rules where you live before ordering.

They can. Our products contain THC, which may cause a positive result on a drug test. If you're tested, we recommend not using them.
